Lian Fa Noodles Making Factory, which is situated by Guangming Road, Chushuei Village, has been making noodles for more than 60 years. Now the management has been passed down to the second generation. Due to ceaseless D&D and churning out new noodles or vermicelli, they taste like those made by hand and get recognition inside and outside Taiwan.
