   It is in charge of common administration, conflict mediation, local autonomy, land administration, management of public cemeteries, ceremonies & customs, religions, public assets, education & culture, environmental protection, life improvement for indigenous people, environmental protection and civil defense.

Finance Section

   It is in charge of finance, public assets, receiving and paying out money, management of government coffers, and offering helps to tax collection.

Construction Section

   It is in charge of civil engineering, urban planning, public works, transportation, tourism, water resources management, running water, construction management,investigation and report of illegal constructions, market management, public utilities, small-scale drainage facilities, easy industrial and business registration and management of constructions outside urban planning area.

Social Affairs Section

   It is in charge of common social affairs, community development, medical care assistance, emergency aid and conscription-related affairs.

Agriculture Section

   It is in charge of the production of crops, forestry, aquatic and livestock products, agriculture promotion, foodstuff, distribution for agricultural products, agricultural situation investigation, conservation and utility of hill land and protection of wild animals.

Personnel Office

   It is in charge of human resources management and related affairs.

Civil Service Ethics Office

   It is in charge of promotion of laws and regulations related to anti-corruption and ethics of civil service to the make a clean government possible and of safeguarding the security of different sections and offices.

Accounting and Statistics Office

   It is in charge of annual budget, accounting, statistics and related affairs.

General Affairs Office

   It is in charge of administrative affairs, general affairs, seals, legal affairs, national compensation, research & evaluation, convenient service and other services beyond those of different sections and offices.

Township Library

   It is in charge of library and related affairs.

Township Nursery

   It is in charge of day-care center and related affairs.

Cleaning Unit

   It is in charge of cleaning and environmental protection of Puyan Township.
