Fong Bao Chicken Farm used to run a traditional egg production. Then, Shih Bi-wen, the owner, happened to meet a Chinese medicine doctor, who suggested he breed chickens with Chinese medicine and cook the eggs having developed embryos with Chinese medicine to make them a healthy food. He gave it a try in the very beginning. Not until relatives and friends praised the eggs very much after tasting did he put more focus on the development of the food. Later even TV stations covered the news. 
Friends suggested he promote the product in mainland China and Shih Bi-wen is taking it into consideration to internationalize the product.
