Opening Hour of Puyan Township Library
1. 0900-1200 in the morning, 1400-2100 in the afternoon to the night;
2. 0900-1800 on Sundays;
3. There won’t be any rest time in the noon of Saturday and Sunday;
4. The opening hour of exhibition room on the third floor is in accordance with the exhibition or other activities;
5. Puyan Township Library would be closed on Mondays and national holidays
Floor Display First Floor: Reading Room & Study Center Second Floor: Open Stacks Library, which is divided into Children’s Reading Room, Library, Computer Room, Multimedia Audiovisual Room and Newspapers and Periodicals Room. Library Card Application Regulation
1.Any citizen older than three years can apply for a library card;
2.Please show your ID card or household registration book when you are to apply for a library card;
3.You need to pay for 30 NTD when you miss the library card and ask to get a new one.
Book Borrowing
1.Three books can be borrowed at one time;
2.Books should be returned within 28 days;
3.Your library card would be suspended if you don’t return the books within 28 days;
4.The time your library card would be suspended equals to your overdue of returning books;
5.You can’t borrow the books again if you borrow and return them on the same day;
6.Those who claim to have returned the books or don’t compensate the books they missed can’t borrow the books any longer;
7.You are required to compensate the book if you miss or damage it.
