The community regeneration in Puyan Township, under the residents' voluntary efforts and hardworking, has glorious performances. Besides Yongle Community and Punan Community that gained many awards, other residents of communities as Shihpi, Tiansheng, Sansheng, dayou, Sinsing, Nansing, Yongping, Haosiou, Sihu, Jhaoshu, Fongze, Sinshuei, Kunlun and Dalian also transformed messy places into tidy small parks and thus lifted the living qualities of the communities.

Besides cleaning and improving the living environment aggressively, Yongle Community also got many awards for their achievements. The most important awards include Group for Pushing Greenery in the Environment by Changhua County Government in 1998, one of the Ten Best Environmental Protection Communities by Environmental Protection Administration in 1999, holding the visiting of the National Communities Development in 2000, Excellence Performance in the Evaluation for Communities Development in Taiwan and Fujian Area by Ministry of the Interior in 2001, National Volunteer Group Model for Environmental for its “Ageless Heroes” by Environmental Protection Administration in 2002, Excellent Performance in Local Living Culture Landscape in Attractive Townships Awards in the second-term National Townships Landscape Contest held by Construction and Planning Agency, Ministry of the Interior in 2002, Champion in Changhua County in Green Communities Evaluation held by Forestry Bureau, Council of Agriculture in 2003, the Excellent Performance model community for Environment Beautification and Excellent Performance for Promotion of the Sustained Development Community by Executive Yuan in 2003. Not only people in a number of communities in Taiwan pay a visit to Yongle Community, groups from foreign countries visit Yongle Community, too.

Punan Community ever got such glories as one of the Ten Best Environmental Protection Communities and Excellent Performance. Residents in Punan Community cooperated to clean the mess. Through their hard works, they now have a Butterfly Ecology Park , a Allomyrina dichotoma and Stag Beetle Preservation Park, Shaojiang Park , Chingshuei Park , Hsinleyuan Park and Shuntian Pavilion. All of these parks make all visitors feel cheerful once they visit the community.
Puyan Town Hall hopes to concentrate the consensus of residents of each community, based on the principle of a feature in a community, to upgrade the living qualities of community residents by combining culture, arts and industries.
